Tri Continent Journey

We are getting ready for another journey in a few weeks. This time we are off to Rio for a few days and then joining the Rotterdam for a cruise up the coast of Brazil stopping in 3 more ports. From there we cross the equator to Gambia, Senegal, the Canaries, Morocco and on to Cadiz in Spain and disembarking in Lisbon. After a couple of days we fly home via the Azores to Boston. We have our visa for Brazil, malaria pills and typhoid and yellow fever shots. We are ready for anything! This a hard one to get ready for because I do all the research on each port eschewing the ship excursions. Should be interesting in the African ports.

Sounds great.

things here not so great. I had to go back to Stamford this week for Wendy's Grandmother's funeral. I have another funeral in Chalrestown, RI this week and will stop in to see Dad then with some friends. I'm actually thinking of taking him. My friend who died in Charlestown in my friend ron's wife Lisa. I've told you about them. She died of Pneumonia and is only in her 30s. She leaves behind a two year old. Other then that it is still winter, not a warm day yet and tommy is acting like a nut. Stay away, far away.
